- Ha, Unix should be where Windows is, its just that Gates marketing
- yuppies fool you into thinking that Windblows is the more advance piece

- Windows 95 tries to incorperate many features from Unix, infact just
- about every good feature from every GUI computer every released into one
- system (very messy). Pre-emptive multi-tasking, flat memory model,
- mult-threads .... these have been around for year in systems like Unix,
- OS/2, and to some extent Amiga's intuition. So Gates is selling old ideas
- and saying they are new ... As for the cost of Unix, Linux a very capible
- Unix clone for P.C's and free, how much does Windoze cost ? How many times
- have you re-installed it? How messy is your file system ? ...
-
- I just hate it when people think Windows is the best thing out since
- slice bread, it's just the intergration of new features into an old
- system .. bit like ms-dos and 640k limit on old P.C and the butcher way
- they got around it.

- If it wasn't for Unix, and Vms where would the Internet be ?
